{"id":775,"date":"2009-04-23T16:44:50","date_gmt":"2009-04-23T21:44:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mchtulane.wordpress.com\/?p=773"},"modified":"2009-04-23T16:44:50","modified_gmt":"2009-04-23T21:44:50","slug":"health-educator-northwestern-university","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thatscourtney.space\/blueprint\/health-educator-northwestern-university\/","title":{"rendered":"Health Educator &#8211; Northwestern University"},"content":{"rendered":"<pre>Northwestern University is seeking qualified applicants for a Health\nEducator, with special expertise in the areas of sexual assault\nprevention and sexual health education.\n\nSpecific responsibilities include:\n\n    * Developing, promoting, marketing, implementing and evaluating\nprogramming targeted to the reduction of sexual assault and the\npromotion of healthy sexuality.\n    * Assuming a leadership role in coordinating the University's\nresponse to sexual assault including development of a sexual assault\ntask force, improvements to the University's sexual assault reporting\noptions.\n    * Serving as a resource and advocate to individual student victims\nof\nsexual violence.   \n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n    * A master's degree or the equivalent combination of education,\ntraining and experience from which comparable skills and abilities may\nbe acquired.\n    * Experience with primary and secondary prevention initiatives in\ncollege health.\n    * Experience developing and\/or delivering sexual health education\nand sexual assault prevention programming.\n    * Experience in a college or university setting.\n    * Ability to prepare and effectively deliver education programs and\nmaterials to university students.\n    * Ability to collaboratively partner with a multitude of\nstakeholders, on-or off-campus.\n    * Demonstrated commitment to diversity.\n    * Excellent communication (written and verbal) as well as general\ninterpersonal skills.
