The staff member provides quality services to the membership and completes responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director. <\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">Direct      specific objectives and activities of SSDHPER&#8217;s cooperative agreement to <em>Strengthen      Leadership and Governance for HIV Prevention <\/em>with the U.S. Centers for      Disease Control and Prevention, Division of Adolescent and School Health.      Direct development of the annual application and relevant reports.\u00a0      Ensure programmatic obligations are fulfilled and financial      responsibilities are maintained. <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">Direct      activities related to the program of professional development events,      including the SSDHPER Annual Meeting, and other trainings and meetings.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">Contribute      to content of communications initiatives, including newsletters,      electronic updates, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thesociety.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.thesociety.org<\/a> web site, conference presentations, etc.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">Represent      SSDHPER on working groups, committees and task forces as assigned.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">In      collaboration with the Executive Committee, provide support and      recommendations for assigned SSDHPER committee(s), assisting committee(s)      with implementation of goals and objectives of the SSDHPER Applied      Strategic Plan.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">Manage      specific operations of the SSDHPER national office as assigned.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">Fulfill      other responsibilities as delegated by the Executive Director.<\/span><span style=\"font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\"> <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom:.0001pt;\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration:underline;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">Qualifications<\/span><\/span><\/strong><strong><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;font-family:Arial,sans-serif;\">Master&#8217;s      degree in health education, public health or education highly preferred.      Bachelor&#8217;s degree plus relevant experience may substitute for Master&#8217;s      degree.
