The Louisiana Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health is\nseekinga Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to work in St. John\nthe Baptist School System, Minimum of Master's Degree, with three or\nmore years of experience, preferably in Children's Mental Health.\n\nEmployment Opportunity-Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) :  \n\nSeeking LMHP to work in St. John the Baptist School System, Minimum of\nMaster's Degree, with three or more years of experience, preferably in\nChildren's Mental Health\n\nGeneral Duties:  Ensure the provision of mental health service\ncoordination for children and families identified within the public\neducation system as presenting with potential mental health disorders;\ndetermine eligibility for services; procure needed treatment or other\nservices, and monitor student progress; coordinate the delivery of\nappropriate services; maintain applicable caseload records and prepare\nreports\n\nEssential Requirements:\n\n*\tCoordinate school-based mental health services\n\n*\tDevelop individual or family plan for identified student\n\n*\tProvide technical assistance, consultation, and training to\nschools regarding Community resources and other mental health issues, as\nnecessary\n\n*\tProvide training in school system\n\n*\tSupervise the monitoring of client progress by school;\npersonnel; visit school facilities, attend school meetings; provide for\nadditional services as new needs arise\n\n*\tWork with other parish agencies and community organization to\ncoordinate effective mental health service provision to clients\n\n*\tMinimum of Masters' Degree, with three or more years of\nexperience\n\n*\tBe a Licensed Mental Health Professional\n\n*\tExperience and expertise in Children's Mental Health field\n\n*\tExcellent interpersonal skills to consult effectively with\nteachers, administrator, and parents, in a variety of settings\n\nIf you are interested in this position please submit your resume to\nhr@laffcmh.org or fax to 225-293-3510 attention Human Resources\nDepartment.\nWebsite: http:\/\/www.laffcmh.org\/<\/a><\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
