Deputy Director, HIV Center – St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital – NY<\/p>\n
The HIV Center for Comprehensive Care (CCC) is recruiting a Deputy Director to provide leadership of a dynamic team in a hospital-based HIV center.<\/p>\n
Key responsibilities include: providing oversight and direction to a team of grants and project management staff; leading a development team and pursuing new funding; conducting marketing efforts; coordinating special events; providing vision about the strategic direction of the HIV Center, as part of a multidisciplinary executive management team; and providing support to the Director in launching new initiatives and furthering the mission of the CCC.<\/p>\n
Position requires a Master\u2019s degree in public health, public administration or related field; at least five years progressive experience in an HIV-related field, including supervisory experience; and experience in project management. A strong candidate for this position will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, flexibility, ability to manage a wide range of projects and tasks simultaneously, diplomacy, maturity, and a sense of humor.<\/p>\n
