Experience or interest in performing research in our current priorities is preferred, including:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"unIndentedList\">\n<li> health information technology<\/li>\n<li> clinical quality measurement<\/li>\n<li> medical home initiatives<\/li>\n<li> health literacy and consumer empowerment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The RA must be able to work on multiple projects with multiple project managers.\u00a0 RA must support project managers&#8217; ability to facilitate work of the Quality Forum&#8217;s committees and volunteer experts. The RA is expected to be exceptionally organized, and have a record of completing assigned projects and delivering results on time.<\/p>\n<p>Expectations for the RA&#8217;s role include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"unIndentedList\">\n<li> providing research support into national best practices and standards<\/li>\n<li> supporting project managers on internal and external projects<\/li>\n<li> balancing multiple projects simultaneously<\/li>\n<li> maintaining exceptional organization of assignments and responsibilities<\/li>\n<li> consistently delivering projects with timeliness<\/li>\n<li> assisting with event preparation, including materials preparation\/assembly and onsite logistical support<\/li>\n<li> possessing current driver&#8217;s license and reliable transportation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Preferred skills for the RA position include:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"unIndentedList\">\n<li> Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook)<\/li>\n<li> Adobe and Adobe Reader<\/li>\n<li> Typical office tasks (typing, copying, scanning, faxing, answering phones)<\/li>\n<li> Experience\/skills in meeting logistics a plus!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Applications will be taken until August 22, 2008.
