PROGRAM:<\/strong> Director of <\/strong>Access to Care Services:\u00a0 EIS, ADAP, SNS<\/p>\n

REPORTS TO: <\/strong>Director of Programs <\/strong><\/p>\n

SUPERVISES: <\/strong>Access to Care staff:\u00a0 EIS, ADAP, SNS<\/p>\n

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Oversee day-to-day operations of three programs, Early Intervention Services, ADAP, and Social Network Strategies<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide counseling & testing, linkage to care, referrals for social and health services related to curriculum topics (e.g., domestic violence services, legal services, STD\/HIV testing services).<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Develop and implement work plan.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Supervise staff in accordance with organization policies and procedures.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Schedule work assignments\/rotations, training, assignment and schedule rotations.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Participate in the design and preparation of activities to publicize the Access to Care Services programs<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain relationships with community organizations and leaders.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Schedule and conduct team meetings.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Achieve department productivity and quality goals.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Q & A, work with evaluation team, responsible for all data collection for the evaluation of program.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure evaluation of program with internal evaluation team, local and national partners<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Manage inventory and ordering of program materials and other supplies.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Complete and submit quantitative and qualitative reports, AIRS, performance based \u00a0contract<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain confidential files.<\/p>\n

\u00a7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other duties as assigned by Director of Programs.<\/p>\n

<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualifications: <\/strong>Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Health or related field with at least five (5) years experience in HIV prevention, and at least three (3) years supervisory skills. Excellent communication skills, writing and verbal. Computer literate Microsoft Word and Excel. Bilingual (English and Spanish).<\/p>\n
