\nResponsibilities: Working in full concert with an eight-member Board of<\/p>\nDirectors, the President\/CEO will continuously define and guide the<\/p>\n
vision and strategic direction of the Foundation. S\/he will oversee<\/p>\n
and direct the day-to-day operations of the organization including<\/p>\n
managing and mentoring a staff of approximately 25 individuals.
\nOrganizational Structure: The President will report to the Board of<\/p>\n
Directors and will directly manage the Vice President and Chief<\/p>\n
Financial Officer, the Vice President for Programs, the Vice President<\/p>\n
for Administration, and the Vice President for Communications.<\/p>\n
Credentials Sought: An undergraduate degree is required, and an advanced<\/p>\n
degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of 10+ years of leadership<\/p>\n
experience, including demonstrated expertise in bringing diverse groups<\/p>\n
together to attain common goals at the organizational, community and\/or<\/p>\n
state level, is highly preferred. Experience in the field of health is<\/p>\n
essential.
