We are seeking qualified candidates for the following position:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Director,\u00a0Shared Services\u00a0(Nigeria):<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color:blue;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color:black;\">Position Description:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color:black;\">Performs at a leadership level responsible for direction of Shared Services functions of accounting and finance, contracts and grants management, human resources, information technology, general administration, and regulatory \/ quality assurance in support of operations and service objectives in a large Country Office. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color:blue;\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color:black;\">Minimum Requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"EC_MsoNormal\"><span style=\"color:black;\">BS\/BA in Business Administration or related field, and 11-13 years relevant experience; or MS\/MA in Business Administration or related field , and 9 &#8211; 11 years relevant experience;or PhD in Business Administration or related field, and 7 &#8211; 9 years relevant experience. 5-7 years of supervisory experience required.
