Brown University Health Services is seeking a Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Program Coordinator to work in the Office of Health Education. This is a permanent 11-month position (one month off in the summer).<\/p>\n
The Sexual Assault Response and Prevention Program Coordinator conducts education and outreach programs, provides support to students and advocates for improved systems and responses related to the issue of sexual violence.<\/p>\n
Job requirements are:<\/p>\n
\u00a8 MSW, MPH, an equivalent degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience required.<\/p>\n
\u00a8 Demonstrated ability to provide support to victims of sexual violence<\/p>\n
\u00a8 Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to conduct educational programs and training workshops<\/p>\n
\u00a8 Familiarity with best practices related to policy development and victim advocacy preferred<\/p>\n
\u00a8 Ability to work with a diverse population of students and colleagues<\/p>\n
\u00a8 Proficient computer skills<\/p>\n
\u00a8 Available to work some nights and\/or weekends<\/p>\n
