EverThrive Illinois works to improve the health of women, children, and families over the lifespan through community engagement, partnerships, policy analysis, education, and advocacy. The Executive Director provides leadership to five initiatives and 17 staff members: Child and Adolescent Health, Health Reform, Immunization, Healthy Lifestyles, and Maternal and Infant Mortality. Position Summary:
\nThe Executive Director will give direction and leadership toward the achievement of EverThrive IL\u2019s philosophy, mission, strategy, and its annual goals and objectives. Other key duties include administration, program management, fund development, marketing, and community outreach. The Executive Director will be responsible for the implementation of the strategic goals and objectives of the organization and, in collaboration with the Board of Directors, will enable the Board to fulfill its governance and fiduciary functions. The Executive Director reports directly to the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n
