Best Babies Zone in New Orleans is holding an information session to discuss the unique multi-sector approach in addressing low-birth weights in the Hollygrove neighborhood. Currently, 22.5% of babies in Hollygrove are born under 5.5 pounds compared to 12% in Orleans Parish. \u00a0Best Babies Zone’s mission is to give every baby born in Hollygrove the best chance at life by working together with community partners and Hollygrove residents. We build on neighborhood strengths and link together health, education and economic development for collective impact. Come on up during lunch to hear more about the work we do and about weekly volunteer opportunities!<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
