The main outreach was either general health surveys with the Batwa pygmies or malaria projects. We now have a 65 bed hospital which offers a full range of services and a functioning \"community outreach\" program. Our main projects over the next two years will be water\/sanitation, animal husbandry, malaria prevention and HIV\/AIDS."}
