The person in this position has overall responsibility for the project. The Director provides fiscal and programmatic oversight of the project and serves as the primary contact person for communication with the Regional Office, federal agencies and national organizations. The Director oversees and maintains the quality of all T/TA work provided for the region, ensuring complete and timely delivery of technical assistance to Head Start/Early Head Start grantees at the local level.
